Coconut Milk Powder

Our Coconut Milk Powder is made of pure coconut milk by freeze drying technology.

Coconut milk is made from fully matured Thailand coconuts. When the coconut is fully ripe and the skin is brown, coconut juice in the core will become thick flesh. Scrape this layer of flesh and grind it with hot water, filter out the coconut flesh and leave the coconut milk which looks like milk. Coconut milk contains a warm and soft taste which has become one of the main ingredients of tropical Southeast Asian cuisine.

The product contains no preservatives.
